Whistleblowers Appeal to Trump

Five more whistleblowers and UAP disclosure advocates joined James Fox’s “Dear Mr President” campaign, pressing Trump to release more UFO information and release whistleblowers from their nondisclosure agreements. Plus, Dr. Eric Davis shares more information about alien races and why there has not been a massive Manhattan Project style reverse engineering effort.

More Whistleblower Appeals

Liberation Times: “A growing number of advocates are pressing President Trump to reveal what they believe is evidence of advanced non‑human intelligence and its technologies interacting with humanity, an effort that has accelerated in recent days… Liberation Times understands that advocates are attempting to persuade President Trump to deliver some form of disclosure speech before the midterm elections on 3 November 2026… Some sources told Liberation Times they fear that whistleblowers could face retaliation if the UAP issue slips from the political agenda. Whether President Trump is prepared to disclose any information related to UAPs remains unclear, with sources offering differing accounts of his level of interest and of how the White House is currently approaching the issue.”
Liberation Times: “Since 14 August, documentary filmmaker James Fox has released a series of… videos featuring different UAP whistleblowers — including [Eric Davis and Matthew Brown] — urging President Trump to take action on the issue.”
Whistleblower Dylan Borland: “I’m a former geospatial intelligence analyst for the United States Air Force. I’m here today to ask President Trump to declassify all the records regarding UFOs and UAP that were currently brought forward by whistleblowers such as myself, and everybody before and after me, both known and unknown. I can tell you with certainty that I provided evidence of current operations to ODNI, AARO, the ICIG, as well as Congress and their staff. We are doing this in hopes that President Trump will actually come forward and begin to lead on this subject, and provide truth and transparency to the American people as well as humanity as a whole. It is hopeful for myself and others that bringing these videos to the president, that he will come forward and provide leadership to a new reality, not just for America, but for all of humanity.”
Whistleblower Jeff Nuccetelli: “I’m a former United States Air Force Security Forces member and a career federal public servant. In 2025, I testified under oath before Congress about multiple unidentified aerial phenomena I witnessed while serving at Vandenberg Air Force Base. I also spoke to Congress about retaliation and institutional obstructions that continue to discourage other knowledgeable personnel from coming forward. I personally know current and former government employees who possess critical information, but remain silent, because they fear losing their careers, security clearances, or facing serious legal consequences. Mr. President, I respectfully ask you to establish and enforce meaningful protections against retribution for whistleblowers who wish to share what they know with the American people without fear.”
Whistleblower David Grusch: “I’m a former career Air Force intelligence officer and former senior official at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency. I’ve already provided classified testimony in evidence to the Intelligence Community Inspector General and Congress about what I learned about Unidentified Anomalous Phenomenon, and the involvement of the United States, allied nations, and adversary governments in the retrieval of technology of unknown origin. This included photographs and videos of these operations, including the craft and non-human occupants. I’ve seen this evidence with my own eyes, and I have had these discussions with our nation’s most senior leaders in a classified environment. I am prepared to provide a full historical accounting to the National Security Council principals and the White House Chief of Staff, and make any supporting public statements that are authorized to help this administration move disclosure forward. Ready to support… the administration immediately, to identify records, programs, and people involved, and bring any improperly concealed activities back under lawful presidential and Congressional oversight. Mr President, give us the authorization, and we’re ready to go.”
Rep Eric Burlison: “I’m a Republican congressman from Missouri and a member of the Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets. We continue to receive credible claims of recovered craft of non-human origin and reverse-engineering programs that may have operated for decades outside of any government oversight. Those claims point to specific facilities, contractors, records, and people. We continue to depend on whistleblowers to provide this critical information, but these whistleblowers are being terrorized. Mr. President, I’m asking for you to directly restore what many of these brave whistleblowers have already lost: their pensions, their clearances, and other benefits. Provide immunity for anyone and everyone who has already come forward and for those who will come forward. Now we ask that you open the doors and let them speak, not only to Congress, but to the public.”
Dr Garry Nolan: “I’m a professor in the Department of Pathology at the Stanford University School of Medicine… Although I am a member of the White House UAP Science Advisory Council, advising the FBI, ODNI, the White House itself, and other groups within the government, I’m speaking here now personally… The truth is, the UAP are not yet a problem that science can solve. Why? Because science needs data and no one has been given access to the data that hides behind redacted videos and security clearances… potential evidence for non-human intelligence… Without addressing these barriers… the matter will continue to evade oversight from Congress, and even the President… So, one path forward might be David Grusch and whistleblowers like him, who have the requisite institutional knowledge, might be tasked to develop a coherent plan, and to run the operations that overcome the obstacles… Why not give them the authority they need to break down the walls and finally get to the truth of this matter? …I’m appealing directly to President Trump. Sir, please bring back David Grusch and other competent whistleblowers into government service at a level where they can support you, and give them the necessary authority to bring to whatever conclusion the evidence deserves, as analyzed by science… History will remember those who have the courage to act. It’s time to be bold.”

UAP Science Advisory Council Chair Avi Loeb: “The UAP Science Advisory Council fully supports requests made by David Grusch, Eric Davis, and others, for the Trump administration to provide legal assurances, including immunity where necessary, for current or former government employees and military personnel, so that they can share information with the council regarding alleged technology from a non-human origin and help guide the council’s scientific evaluation. In parallel, the council is currently pursuing efforts to obtain and scientifically evaluate historical UAP records and legacy data through PURSUE.”
Twitter user Ariel: “What’s the point of wasting time deploying sensors to identify random objects in the sky (we are way past that) when whistleblowers are claiming that crash retrievals and NHI bodies exist and that they know where the relevant photos and videos are? That seems like a much more worthwhile thing to pursue.”
- Loeb: “If [whistleblowers like David Grusch are] fully authorized to share the evidence supporting [their] claims, I would welcome the opportunity to work with [them] immediately to scientifically verify it. Claims of this importance deserve a serious, open-minded scientific examination of the evidence.”

Rep Burlison on UAP Summoning

Rep Eric Burlison: “They hover in place. Then they go from a dead stop to Mach speed instantly. I'm not going to tell you what they are. I'm telling you the people briefing me say they don't know either. That is the problem.”
Rep Eric Burlison: “Our own agencies went back through every past sighting, asked what draws these things in, then recreated those conditions on purpose at a site with prior activity. ODNI, CIA, FBI and military intelligence were all on site. Something showed up…”

- Sharp: “It happened, I am very confident… There are two reports released through PURSUE regarding this incident - one from the FBI, the other from ODNI. Furthermore, members of congress, including Rep Steve Scalise have received official briefings.”
Prof Avi Loeb: “the UAP Science Advisory Council, under my leadership, is currently following up on this case with the goal of studying UAP in the field through the deployment of new, unclassified sensors and advanced scientific tools.”
Journalist Ross Coulthart: “What Rep. Burlison was talking about is the same operation that I’m aware of operating right now at White Sands. I’m told it’s been very successful and multiple craft have been recovered. There is a concern about the use of high-pulse microwave weapons in and around areas where civilian air traffic might be affected… This might explain why there is some reticence about coming forward and revealing the sordid crimes that have been committed during The Legacy Program — because yes, there have been inadvertent shoot-downs of civilian aircraft that have been concealed.”

Eric Davis On Alien Bodies

Katie Pavlich: Pavlich: “You said that you know of four types of aliens. One of those are, quote, greys. and you’ve claimed that… we’ve recovered deceased bodies. Can you describe what they look like?”
- Eric Davis: “There’s a minimum of four that we know of. I’ve seen the evidence and I’ve seen the records. They variously are described as the Greys, like what everybody saw in Close Encounters of the Third Kind, at the end of that movie in the final scene. And then there’s the Nordics, which are very tall-statured, caucasian-looking individuals. And then there’s the beings that resemble or look like insects, like a praying mantis-type insect, but they’re not an insect. Or they could be, but we don’t know. But it’s just that people, when they’re not familiar with something that presents an ontological shock to them, they’ll try to overlay with their imagination, to help them understand what it is they’re seeing that’s so strange and otherworldly, or outworldly, I should say. So, there’s species that would resemble insectoids, or insects, and then there’s the reptilians, for the same case, their morphology, their body structure looks like a reptilian and they may not be reptilian.”
Pavlich: “If these alien forms are alive, do they eat the same kind of food that humans do, or animals do? Do they breathe regular air? I mean, what kind of beings are they?”
- Davis: “I have no idea, because I've never been able to access that type of information, so i don’t know what they eat. Most of them that I’m aware of were found dead, although I've heard that David Grusch had mentioned that there was one that he knew of that had been captured alive. But I don’t know anything else. That's something he and I have not had that conversation to discuss.”
Pavich: “If the government has these bodies, where are they keeping them?”
- Davis: “I don’t know now. That’s a nut that I could not crack when I worked for the Advanced Aerospace Weapons Systems Application Program. and that was the code name for the DIA’s UAP investigation and research project back in 2008 through 2012. I tried to find that, I’ve had colleagues try to look for that as well. We did have a hint of where those bodies went to, when they were recovered, but the organization no longer exists.”
Pavlich: “It was given to a private organization?”
- Davis: “No, it was given to a military institute, a medical institute, and it’s classified. And that institute had been in existence since… the civil war. I don’t know the exact year. I’m thinking 1865. And that institute split up into two or three components and relocated into different military medical institutes by the first Obama administration.”
“The Armed Forces Institute of Pathology (AFIP) closed its doors on September 15, 2011. It was founded as the Army Medical Museum on May 21, 1862, to collect pathological specimens along with their case histories. The information from the case files of the pathological specimens from the Civil War was compared with Army pensions records and compiled into the six-volume Medical and Surgical History of the War of the Rebellion, an early study of wartime medicine. In 1900, museum curator Walter Reed led the commission which proved that a mosquito was the vector for Yellow Fever, beginning the mosquito eradication campaigns throughout most of the twentieth century. Another museum curator, Frederick Russell, conducted clinical trials on the typhoid vaccine in 1907, resulting in the U.S. Army to be the first Army vaccinated against typhoid. Increased emphasis on pathology during the twentieth century turned the museum, renamed the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in 1949, into an international resource for pathology and the study of disease.”
Dr Garry Nolan: “I mean, look, I know David Grusch extremely well for five years. Speak to him regularly. And I know, in fact, Eric Davis, who actually repeated exactly what David had said about supposed bodies, I've not seen any of these pictures, etc. And I don't know either of them that I've ever caught in a lie. So they believe what they're saying. So, I can only, though, as a person, believe what it is that they say, but as a scientist, I can't repeat it. And so, we're left in this limbo of not knowing what it is that the past is. Except it's the same report that has been made so many different times, seemingly not a circular rumor mill, but coming independently from multiple people across the decades. So, what do you make of that?”

Eric Davis on Reverse Engineering Efforts

Sci-fi author David Brin on LinkedIn, responding to a post about UAP disclosure efforts: “Tens of thousands of our best tech folks would have been hurled at it for 80 years. I know many of the best and NONE were ever asked. Nor ever vanished into a secret super Manhattan Project. Not. even. One. …Nothing from any of the tens of thousands of our best people who would have been involved in such studies. Nothing. Because they never were.”
Dr Eric Davis: “Sorry David Brin, but tens of thousands of our best people have NOT worked on UAP crash-retrievals because of the highly restricted-access waived-unacknowledged special access program compartmentalization and the fact that only FOUR aerospace-defense companies and one FFRDC were involved at various times. The programs didn’t run continuously due to contract cancellations by the government customer followed by infrequent periods of limited new funding since the 1980s.”
Davis: “I guess you’re inexperienced in the nuances of working in classified USG military and intelligence program environments, especially Top Secret/Waived-Unacknowledged Special Access Programs (TS/WUSAP) and then there’s that pesky lifetime SF-312 NDA for security clearance holders. Your comments are exceptionally naïve because none of your ‘best tech’ acquaintances would ever be allowed (via the SF-312) to admit to you whether or not they were asked to join such highly sensitive programs. Annual counterintelligence training instructs them to respond, ‘I don’t know what you’re talking about,’ should anyone ever attempt to elicit sensitive employment information from them.”
Davis: “The numbers of cleared TS/WUSAP personnel in industry and government are prevented from interacting with each other because such compartmentalized programs are stovepiped to where a small group working in one program (in one codeword compartment) is not aware of another small group(s) working in another program (in a different codeword compartment(s)). There has been NO success in reverse-engineering recovered UAP technology of non-human origin because it exhibits technologies that are not reproducible on Earth. To wit, how would Leonardo DiVinci react if someone were to arrive in his lab and give him an iPhone 18. Would DiVinci be able to reverse-engineer it?”
